Severance to Operations Manager.
About John Carranco
John Carranco has been in the background screening industry since 1997. His responsibilities are multi-faceted and include sales and marketing, operations, product
development, system integrations, and client education and training. John successfully utilizes his extensive experience and deep industry knowledge to build a
client-centered corporate culture focused on maximizing technology to provide clients with accurate information quickly. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal
Justice and Criminology (BS) degree from Metropolitan State College of Denver.
About Stacy Severance
Stacy Severance has been with BIS since 1996. Stacy has significant experience in all areas of BIS operations and is focused on ensuring that the BIS operations team
delivers the best customer service available in the industry. Stacy is responsible for continually improving BIS operating efficiencies, ensuring adherence to BIS
operational and compliance procedures, and training and developing staff. Stacy holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from the University of Colorado in Boulder.
