BIS Launches New Website!

BIS is pleased to release our new website! Our new site offers the existing functionality with many new, exciting services, solutions and resources. We have added many more industry specific areas to illustrate our ability to uniquely serve these markets as well as more client and consumer resources.

Existing Clients
To access BIS' login page, just go to the Client Access link in the menu bar and login to your account. BISLink (ordering system) and ReportLink,(reporting system) are combined under one login so that clients can access all facets of their account from one screen. Billing detail and important account links and announcements are also available through your BISLink client portal.

Colorado Database and CreditLink users can login separately to access these systems.

BIS Launches New Resident Screening Site!

BIS' new Resident Screening Portal offers a multitude of new, instant searches. BIS' service offering has become much more extensive to ensure that leasing managers are getting the information they need as quickly as possible. Clients can now instantly verify identify, conduct applicant pre-screening, implement decisioning tables and send acceptance and declination letters directly from the site!

We are pleased to be able to demonstrate the abilities of our new site at the Apartment Association of Metro Denver Tradeshow on May 10, 2007.
