Q. How do I sign up?
A. Upon receipt of a signed contract and approval of your credit application, you will be a issed an account number. A BIS representative will call and
let you know that your account has been activated.

Q. When am I billed?
A. BIS generates an invoice for previous months usage on the first day of every month.

Q. Does BIS need to fill out a 1099?
A. No, BIS is exempt from backup withholding.

Q. How much does it cost to set up an account?

A. There is no charge to set up an account with BIS. There is an initial charge for access to our real-time court records database for Colorado, however.
