Effective January 1, 2003, the following states have increased their fees for obtaining driving records.  The following pricing reflects the new BIS price for ordering MVR reports in these states.

Court fees are imposed by the courts for conducting court searches in specific counties.  Court fees are charged in addition to BIS search fees.  Approximately 2% of courts in the country charge a court fee.   For a complete listing of court fees, please contact our office at (303) 442-3960.
